By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Engagements
Every engagement is governed by a written proposal or service agreement that defines scope, deliverables, fees and any performance targets. Growth partnerships run month-to-month unless agreed otherwise; fixed-quote projects are paid in the milestones set out in the proposal.
Deliverables
Content, websites and store work are delivered on receipt of payment as outlined in your agreement. You retain ownership of your brand assets, accounts and Shopify store.
Third-Party Platforms
We manage your presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google and Shopify, but are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or algorithm changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
